Entire manufacturing process conducted and controlled under one roof
From the harvesting of the bamboo right through to the final application of the polyurethane coatings, thus ensuring total quality control.
Most manufacturing plants outsource the manufacture of the raw board to smaller manufacturers that have no quality control in place and simply perform the sanding and finishing operations at their facilities.
This is very high risk as the most critical stage of the whole manufacturing process is the curing and drying of the raw material before and after it is assembled into the raw board. By outsourcing this critical stage of the process, most manufacturers lose control over the quality of their product. Many of these manufacturers also use inferior Chinese adhesives and polyurethane coatings.

Beware of cheap and inferior bamboo flooring - At first glance, inferior bamboo flooring may look the same as the quality product but problems evident with the inferior product include: splitting, cracked edges, warped/bent boards; inferior polyurethane finishes, cupping and excessive shrinkage or expansion of boards.
